Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.  Last minute cancellations will result in a forfeit of your deposit.

To reschedule your appointment, please give us 72hrs in advance or it will be considered a last minute cancellation and will require a new deposit to book another date.

Deposits will count toward your appointment.  If you have only 1 day appointment, your deposit will count toward that day.  If you have booked multiple days, your deposit will go toward the last appointment date.

 

Late Policy

Please be on time! If you are going to be late, please email us and we'll get back to you asap. Anything over 30 mins without a previous notification will be considered a last minute cancellation.

Age Policy

In the State of Massachusetts, minors under the age of 18 are not allowed to get any tattoos even with parental consent.

Guest Policy

We're a small Studio so we ask to please bring no more than 1 guest for support.  Guest will be asked to wait in the waiting area.  Children and those under the age of 18 are not allowed into the Studio.

Touch Up Policy

Please submit another Tattoo Inquiry Form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.  Finger tattoos are excluded
